Prem Parameswaran, a veteran of the global financial industry, has joined Triller as President of Corporate Finance and Investor Relations. Triller is an integrated technology and entertainment firm that works at the intersection of music, sports, lifestyle content, events, and investor relations and corporate finance.
The CEO of Triller, Mahi de Silva, stated his happiness at having Prem join the team at this moment and the pleasure the business had experienced working with Prem over the years. Given his special skill set in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, and broad knowledge of institutional banking, he is a great fit for our growing organization, according to him.

He graduated from Columbia University with an MBA and a BA and was recently a member of the Alumni Trustee Nominating Committee Board.
He enjoys playing golf and watching sports in his spare time. He is currently on the Board of the Program for Financial Studies at Columbia Business School and the Board of Directors of KARE Partners, a healthcare and hospital firm with operations in the United States and India.
He has a recent service history on the Presidential Advisory Commission for Asian Americans.
For the time being, Parameswaran will be operating out of New York. Parameswaran joining Triller with more than thirty years of expertise in international finance is sure to be a great advantage to Triller. He most recently held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and President of North America at Eros International, a prestigious business in the Indian cinema entertainment sector.
Before that, Parameswaran served as Jefferies & Company, Inc.’s Global Head of Media & Telecommunications, providing clients with advice on global media, technology, and telecommunications issues.
Before that, Parameswaran worked for Goldman Sachs, Salomon Brothers, and Deutsche Bank as the Head of Media & Telecommunications for the Americas. With customers in the media and international telecommunications sector, Parameswaran completed over 300 transactions over his 20 years in investment banking, including mergers and acquisitions, privatizations, and public and private equity and debt financings.
